      BOLT-ON REVERSIBLE KNIFE

      The bolt-on reversible knife is screwed under the main cutting edge and thus protects it from wear. The holes are located in the middle. This has the advantage that, as the name suggests, it can be turned and reused when one side wears out. Only after both sides are blunt does the blade have to be replaced. Since it is drilled and not welded, the change is much less complex than would be the case with the welded main cutting edge.
