During your work on the construction site, you are exposed to a wide variety of risks every day. Your safety is important to us – that’s why we developed the QCprotect™. The hydraulic quick coupler system is equipped with the new HENLE protect technology: it narrows the opening of the quick coupler claw with an additional claw, so that in the event of incorrect locking, the attachment is prevented from falling off. If a load is lifted despite incorrect locking, the QCprotect™ still holds it in the most critical position: when the excavator arm is fully extended.

The QuickChange quick coupler is a mechanically and hydraulically available quick coupler system that is compatible with the Lehnhoff system. The hydraulic version with double-acting cylinder in sizes QC03Hp and QC08Hp uses HENLEprotect technology, which prevents the attachment from falling off if it is not locked properly. The versions with the protect technology are gradually available.
