Commissioning of the first welding robot

A new era begins in production with the commissioning of the first welding robot: the automation of production. Contrary to typical opinions, the machine does not replace any employees – the machine complements the work process at the points where the most highly standardized components are manufactured. These, for example the most common quick couplers for original equipment, are now manufactured on the robot, which takes the pressure off manual welding production and creates space for the skilled workers to carry out individual and demanding welding work.
